Privacy policy

This is the privacy policy for the Ikan Bilis Studio website. The studio is owned by Ikan Bilis.

The short version: this website asks for nothing and keeps nothing about you.

What this website doesn't do

• No cookies.
• No analytics and no visitor tracking.
• No adverts.
• No forms, sign-ups or accounts.
• Nothing is loaded from other companies' servers. The fonts, pictures and scripts all come from this website.

The one thing saved on your device

If you use the light or dark switch to pick a look that differs from your device's own setting, your browser saves that one choice: the word "light" or "dark", under the name ikb-theme. It is there so the next page opens in the look you chose. It stays in your browser, it is never sent to us or to anyone else, and it says nothing about who you are.

You can say no. If you never use the switch, nothing is saved. To remove a saved choice, switch back to the look your device uses, or clear this website's data in your browser's settings.

Your language isn't saved anywhere. The English and Traditional Chinese pages have different addresses, and the address decides which one you see.

The web host

This website runs on a web hosting service. Like every web host, its servers see the internet address (IP address) of each device that asks for a page, with technical details such as the time, the page asked for and the type of browser, and keep logs of those requests so the website can be delivered and kept secure. These records may be handled outside your own country. The website itself adds no analytics or visitor statistics.

Children

This website isn't written for children under 13. It doesn't ask anyone for personal information, whatever their age.

The games

Each game has its own privacy policy, linked from the game's own page. Here is Voxel Mahjong's privacy policy. The game runs at its own address, separate from this website.

Emails you send us

If you write to us, we use your email address and message only to answer you. We never add you to a mailing list or use them for marketing, and we delete them within 12 months of our last reply, or sooner if you ask. Like any email, your message passes through email service providers on its way to us.

Contact and changes

Write to hello@ikanbilisstudio.com. When this policy changes, the "updated" date on this page changes with it.
