Voxel Mahjong support
Updated on
Voxel Mahjong teaches Hong Kong Mahjong at a toy-block table, and it's still being polished. Here are the questions we expect, answered plainly.
Is it really free?
Yes. Today the whole game is free on the web, with nothing to pay for. Payments are switched off, and nothing is sold.
What will be paid for later?
No price is decided. The plan is one clear, one-time unlock.
Always free:
- Academy Stages 1 to 5, in full.
- The lesson cards of all 8 stages.
- Three one-round matches at the starter table (three in total; they do not refill).
The planned unlock opens:
- Practice and the practice tables for Stages 6 to 8.
- The fourth opponent.
- Four-round matches.
- Unlimited free play.
The unlock changes which tables you can play at, never how a table plays. Hints, the coach and every lesson card are never paid for.
This is a plan. Nothing is sold today.
Which languages?
English and Traditional Chinese, in the game and on this website.
Where is my progress kept?
On your own device. The game saves your settings and your learning progress in your browser, and nothing else. It sends nothing off your device and loads nothing from other companies' servers.
Two things follow from that:
- Your progress doesn't travel. A different device or a different browser starts fresh.
- There's no delete button in the game yet. To remove what's saved, clear the site data for the game's address in your browser's settings.
How do I report a bug?
Write to support@ikanbilisstudio.com.
Three things help us find it:
- What you did, step by step.
- What you saw, and what you expected to see.
- Your device and your browser.
The game sends us nothing, so we can't see your game from here. Your description is all we have to go on, and more detail is better than less.
